Career Coaching

My career coaching focuses on working with individuals to help them assess, strategize, and take charge of their career development. Whether you want to advance your career, or go in a whole new direction, I’ll partner with you in your career goals, giving you proven tools and templates, concrete strategies and a step-by-step process so you can move into your new career quickly. I also assist individuals who manage/supervise others in learning how to coach others in their own career development.
Typical coaching goals include:

- Creating a marketing plan including defining personal brand, creating a positioning statement, defining relevant competencies, creating success stories, targeting relevant companies and individuals, defining important environmental factors such as length of commute, geographic location, hours, salary, benefits, working conditions, and organizational culture

- Planning for informational interviews
- Creating a networking strategy
- Preparing for job interviews
