I zero in on who you are. Through 360-degree assessments of your own experiences, successes, and struggles, I learn about your unique abilities and needs. Using these assessments, we will work together to ensure that you focus on your authentic self, without the distractions of organizational politics, personal relationships, and other obstacles to your success.
My job is to help you clarify your vision, your mission, your goals and your strategies. Are you in the midst of career decisions? Are you developing your leadership competencies?
