Mindfulness Is…. Being present in the present, with what you are doing while you are doing it. Paying attention on purpose and recognizing when your thoughts are diverting. YES! Plan for the future consciously – not while eating, showering, shopping etc. More to come about Mindfulness and its relationship to Meditation and Movement.
